If you or someone else is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency (such as severe chest pain, stroke symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, or severe difficulty breathing), please call an ambulance or proceed to the nearest hospital casualty department immediately.

2. Scope of Service

Our medical van carries basic diagnostic and treatment equipment suitable for primary and urgent non-life-threatening care. While our doctors are qualified professionals, certain conditions require hospital-grade diagnostics (MRI, CT, advanced blood work) or continuous monitoring which cannot be provided at home.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Medical practice is not an exact science. While our team will exercise their best professional judgment and care, GurgaonCare cannot guarantee specific outcomes or cures for any condition treated during a home visit.

4. Referrals and Hospitalization

If our doctor determines during a visit that your condition requires higher-level care, they will advise you to transfer to a hospital. We do not assume liability for any delays, complications, or costs incurred if you decline or delay following this medical advice.
