How Our Doctor Home Visit Service Works in Gurgaon
Three steps. From your call to care at your door — in approximately 20 minutes.
The moment you call GurgaonCare, something starts moving.
Most healthcare in Gurgaon runs on office hours. A general practitioner's clinic opens at 10am, closes at 8pm, and requires an appointment made in advance. That system does not work when it is 1am and an elderly parent is running a high temperature. It does not work when a child wakes up wheezing on a Sunday morning. It does not work when you yourself are too unwell to drive.
GurgaonCare was built for the moments when waiting is not an option. Our service is available around the clock, every single day of the year — no appointments, no registration, no queue. Picture a Gurgaon family on a late evening: an elderly father has been complaining of chest heaviness since dinner. The decision of whether to take him to a hospital — navigating late-night traffic, finding parking, sitting in a crowded waiting area — creates real anxiety. One call to GurgaonCare changes that entirely. A qualified doctor and trained assistant, in a fully equipped medical van, heading to your door in minutes.
Here is exactly how that process works — from your first call to the moment care is complete.
The 3 Steps — In Detail
You Call or Message
Getting a doctor to your home starts with a single call or WhatsApp message. Our team answers within 60 seconds — any time of day or night, with no automated system and no hold music.
What you do: share your address and sector in Gurgaon, and briefly describe the health concern. This takes approximately 60 seconds. You do not need to register, fill a form, or provide any documents upfront.
What we do immediately upon receiving your call: note your location, confirm availability — which is always — and dispatch the van. No preparation time is needed on our end because the van is always stocked and ready to go. No appointment needed. No pre-registration. No waiting in a queue.
If you prefer WhatsApp, send us a message with your location and concern. Our team responds within minutes and the booking process is identical. Visit the Book a Visit page to see both options.
The Van is Dispatched
Our white Maruti Eeco medical van is not a taxi carrying a doctor. It is a purpose-configured medical vehicle — stocked, maintained, and ready at all times. The moment your call is confirmed, the doctor and assistant board and the van moves.
Inside the van: monitoring equipment for vitals including blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, and pulse. Cardiac monitoring equipment for heart health evaluation. Wound care and dressing supplies. Hydration and supportive care supplies. Full documentation tools for health records.
Our target is approximately 20 minutes from booking confirmation to your door. We monitor routes actively and account for Gurgaon's traffic conditions. If a delay is ever expected, our team calls you proactively with an updated time. The doctor and assistant always travel together — it is never a solo visit.
The Doctor Arrives
The visit is calm, professional, and conducted entirely at your pace. A typical home visit lasts between 30 and 40 minutes — enough time for a thorough health evaluation without feeling rushed.
The MBBS doctor conducts a complete health evaluation using the monitoring equipment brought in the van: blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, pulse, and cardiac monitoring where relevant. The trained assistant assists throughout — taking notes, monitoring readings, and supporting both the doctor and the patient.
After the evaluation, the doctor takes the time to explain clearly: what they found, what to watch for in the hours and days ahead, and what care steps make sense as next actions. There is no medical jargon, no rushed exit. You and your family will understand exactly what happened and what to do next.
Once the visit is complete, you pay ₹1,499. Not before — after. No upfront fee, no booking deposit, no card required to confirm the visit. We operate on trust. You pay only after the doctor has finished.
We serve all parts of Gurgaon, including DLF Phase 1 and Golf Course Road. If you are unsure whether we cover your sector, call and we will confirm in 30 seconds.

What Our Medical Van Carries
Every visit is backed by a fully stocked medical vehicle. The van carries the same equipment whether you call at noon or at 3am.
- Vitals monitoring equipment: blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, and pulse
- Cardiac monitoring capability for heart health evaluation
- Wound care and dressing supplies for injury and wound assessment
- Hydration and supportive care supplies
- Documentation tools for maintaining accurate health records
Our general physician home visit service covers a wide range of health concerns — from fever and fatigue to blood pressure monitoring and post-hospital recovery support.
What to Have Ready Before We Arrive
You do not need to prepare much. The following makes the visit smoother:
- Previous health records if available — not required, but helpful. Any prior reports, health summaries, or notes on existing conditions assist the doctor in understanding your baseline.
- A brief description of the health concern in your own words — you do not need medical terminology. Simply describe what you or your family member is experiencing and when it started.
- Building access or gate pass ready at the entrance — let your security desk or society gate know to expect a white GurgaonCare medical van. This avoids any delay at the entry point.
- A comfortable room or space for the evaluation — the patient should be in a comfortable position. A bed, sofa, or chair in a well-lit room is ideal.
If you are booking a visit in DLF Phase 1 or any other gated community, our team is familiar with most society entry protocols across Gurgaon's major residential areas.
After Your Visit
The visit does not end when the doctor walks out the door. GurgaonCare provides continuity of care beyond the visit itself.
Follow-up call within 24 hours
Our team calls you within 24 hours of the visit to check in. This is not a sales call — it is a genuine follow-up to understand how the patient is doing and whether any further support is needed.
Care guidance from the visit
During the visit, the doctor provides clear verbal guidance on what to watch for in the hours and days ahead. This may include specific symptoms to monitor, activity or rest recommendations, or signs that would warrant a follow-up visit.
When to book a follow-up visit
- If symptoms persist or worsen after 24–48 hours
- For regular monitoring of conditions such as high blood pressure or blood sugar — especially valuable for elderly patients
- For post-hospital recovery support — patients returning home after a hospital stay benefit significantly from scheduled home visits
- For ongoing elder care — families managing a parent's health from a distance use GurgaonCare for regular, scheduled visits across Golf Course Road and all other Gurgaon sectors
