Your Questions About GurgaonCare — Answered
Everything you want to know about our home doctor service in Gurgaon — from how fast we arrive to what we carry, how we are priced, and what happens during your visit.
Arrival & Timing
Our target is approximately 20 minutes from the moment you call. This is the time it takes for our medical van to be dispatched and reach your door. Actual arrival time depends on your location within Gurgaon and current traffic, but we work to the ~20-minute target across all 115+ sectors we serve.
The ~20 minutes is our strong operational target, not a legally binding guarantee. Traffic in Gurgaon can vary — some evenings on Golf Course Road or the Expressway take longer. We work toward this target every dispatch. If there is a significant delay, our team will call you with an updated arrival time.
Yes, absolutely. A large portion of our visits are to apartments and high-rise towers — in DLF, Sushant Lok, Golf Course Road, and across all major residential clusters in Gurgaon. The doctor and assistant come up to your door. The medical van parks below while they attend to you.
Yes. GurgaonCare operates every day of the year — weekdays, weekends, and all public holidays including Diwali, Holi, and Republic Day. Our 24/7 commitment does not have exceptions. If you need a doctor, we are available.
When you call or WhatsApp, we confirm the booking and tell you the dispatch has happened. Our team may call you again with an estimated arrival update if traffic conditions change. You do not need to track anything — we stay in communication with you until the doctor arrives.
The Team & Van
Every GurgaonCare visit includes an MBBS doctor and one trained medical assistant. The assistant helps with monitoring, supportive care, and documentation during your visit. This is not a solo doctor on a bike — it is a two-person team in a dedicated medical van with equipment.
Yes. Every doctor who conducts home visits for GurgaonCare holds an MBBS qualification. We do not send paramedics or nurses to conduct your evaluation. A qualified MBBS doctor performs every home visit.
Our white Maruti Eeco medical van is equipped with monitoring equipment for blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, and pulse. It also carries wound care and dressing supplies, hydration and supportive care materials, and all documentation tools. The van is purpose-configured for home medical visits.
It is a dedicated white Maruti Eeco van — not a bike and not a regular car. The Eeco is used because it can carry a two-person team with equipment, navigate Gurgaon's sectors and lanes, and park easily near high-rise buildings. Every GurgaonCare dispatch uses this same van.
A standard home visit is up to 40 minutes. The doctor uses this time for a thorough evaluation, monitoring readings, and discussing your care plan. If your situation needs more time, the doctor will stay as needed. There is no rush — the visit is complete when your evaluation and care guidance is done.

Yes, we serve Manesar and the outer sectors of Gurgaon including New Gurgaon, Dwarka Expressway areas, and Sohna Road. These areas may have slightly longer arrival times depending on traffic, but they are fully within our coverage zone. Call us to confirm your specific address.
No. GurgaonCare serves Gurgaon exclusively. We do not operate in Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, or Gurugram's extended rural periphery. This focus is intentional — it allows us to commit to fast arrival times and maintain quality across every visit within Gurgaon.
Yes. If you are staying at a hotel or serviced apartment within Gurgaon, we can come to your room. Tell us the hotel name and your room number when you call or WhatsApp. The doctor will check in at reception and come directly to you.
Yes, fully. GurgaonCare operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no after-hours surcharge or reduced availability at night. The same team, the same van, and the same price apply at 2 AM as at 2 PM. Call or WhatsApp at any time.
Booking & Payment
Call our number or send a WhatsApp message. Tell us your address and sector, describe the health concern briefly, and give us a callback number. We confirm the booking and dispatch immediately. There is no online form, no app required, and no advance payment. See our book a visit page for details.
The cost is ₹1,499 for every doctor home visit. This is a flat rate — it does not change based on time of day, day of the week, or the area you are in within Gurgaon. One price, always. See our pricing page for full details of what is included.
No. There is zero upfront payment. No booking fee, no advance, no deposit. You pay only after the doctor has completed your visit. We call this our pay-after-care model — it reflects our confidence in the service we deliver.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), cash, and card. Payment happens after the visit is complete. The doctor or assistant will confirm payment with you before leaving.
No hidden charges for the visit itself. The ₹1,499 fee is fixed and transparent. If any care supplies are used during the visit (wound dressings, for example), those are charged at cost — and you will be informed before use. There are no surprise additions after the visit.
The Visit Itself
The doctor and assistant arrive at your home. The doctor conducts a thorough evaluation — taking your history, monitoring vitals (blood pressure, temperature, oxygen, pulse), and examining you as needed. After the evaluation, the doctor explains what they found and provides clear guidance on what to do next, including whether further evaluation at a facility is needed.
Yes. The doctor can provide a medical note and referral if you need further evaluation at a hospital or specialist. They will explain what the referral is for and what to tell the receiving facility. All documentation is done during or immediately after your visit.
We handle a wide range of home evaluation needs — fever, body pain, breathing discomfort, weakness, vomiting, post-surgery recovery checks, elder health monitoring, child health assessments, wound care, and general unwell situations that need a doctor's attention. If you are unsure whether your situation is suitable, call us and describe it — we will advise. See our services page for more detail.
Yes. We call you within 24 hours of your visit to check on how you are doing. This is a standard part of every GurgaonCare visit. If your condition changes before that call, you can reach us at any time — we do not consider care complete until we have followed up.
Call us immediately. If your condition changes significantly after the doctor has left, we are available to advise. Depending on the situation, we can dispatch again or direct you to the appropriate facility. You are never on your own after a GurgaonCare visit.
