1. Booking and Dispatch

By requesting a visit via call or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. GurgaonCare dispatches a medical team based on availability and triage priority. We aim for a ~20-minute response time, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Factors like traffic, weather, and current case volumes may cause delays.

2. Payment Terms

Our standard consultation fee is ₹1,499 flat. This covers the home visit by the doctor and nurse. Consumables, medications dispensed from the van, or specialized procedures (e.g., IV fluid administration, advanced wound dressing) may incur additional charges, which will be communicated clearly before administration. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the visit.

3. Right of Refusal

Our medical team reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a visit if the environment is deemed unsafe, if the patient requires emergency hospital care beyond our scope, or if the staff faces harassment or abuse.

4. Liability

GurgaonCare is liable only for the direct medical services provided during the visit. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, complications arising from patient non-compliance with prescribed treatments, or issues resulting from failure to seek emergency hospital care when advised.
